IMPACT, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI) membership network, is where health care organizations come together to achieve dramatic improvements results in clinical outcomes, patient and provider satisfaction, and financial performance. IMPACT membership consists of 3 elements:

2. Learning and innovation communities
3. Preferential access and pricing for all other IHI programs.
