The Improvement Map
The purpose of the Improvement Map, from the Institute for Health Improvement (IHI) in America, is to help hospital leaders to create their own agenda for change, establish priorities, organize work, and use resources efficiently. It offers guidance helping you establish where you are now and where you want to be. Click here to download the Improvement Map overview. In the coming months, IHI will cover the entire landscape of outstanding hospital care, and so far has 15 interventions, clustered by care setting and content area, to help hospitals identify where they should focus to maximize impact.
