WHO primary care quality management tool
The World Health Organization has developed a primary care quality management tool, which is currently being tested by Slovenia and Uzbekistan. Its aim is to assess if countries are making use of available know how and resources to improve the quality of their primary care services. The reports of the pilot tests include recommendations on policy action:
