Call for abstracts: 7th Annual Canadian Cochrane Symposium
11th-12th March 2009 – Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
The theme of this year’s conference is “Wave to the Future – Navigating the Health Connections among Systematic Reviews, Policies and Practices”. Abstracts and workshop proposals are invited for this event, and will be accepted in either English or French, limited to 300 words. Topic areas include:
  • Using systematic reviews as a knowledge transfer/exchange tool to support informed decision-making (public policy and/or clinical practice);
  • Innovative approaches to knowledge translation with different target audiences (consumers, health professionals, managers, policy makers); and
  • Advances in systematic review methodology.
