Document template to assist NHS organizations in developing policies and procedures
The NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) has published the first in a series of template documents being created to assist organisations in developing policies, procedures etc. to support best practice and achieve compliance with the NHSLA risk management standards has been published.

The template is for 'An Organisation-wide Policy for the Development and Management of Procedural Documents'. Other template documents will be made available over the following months. The use of these template documents is entirely optional for organisations.
