CHAIN sub-group – improving patients’ experience
CHAIN have established a new sub-group which will focus on improving patient’s experience and the humanity of care. It is being set up with the support of the King’s Fund’s Point of Care Programme, which aims to improve patients’ and families’ experience of care across the health system.
