Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) payment framework
The key aim of the CQUIN framework is to support a shift towards the vision set out in High Quality Care for All, where quality is the organising principle. The framework helps make quality part of the commissioner-provider discussion everywhere. This site contains examples of existing quality schemes that were in operation prior to the introduction of the CQUIN payment framework, and will publish examples of new CQUIN schemes, as they develop.
