Event: Regional training courses for public sector commissioners get underway
The Minister for the Third Sector has launched a series of training sessions to help commissioners of public services work in partnership with the third sector. The government wants public services to benefit from greater involvement of charities, voluntary groups, and social enterprises. Below is the schedule of events:

North West Region – 10 June – Manchester, The Castlefield Rooms
North East Region – 22 July – Newcastle, Holiday Inn
Yorkshire and the Humber Region – 12 June – Leeds, Park Plaza
West Midlands Region – 19 June – Birmingham, Second City Suite
East Midlands Region – 17 June – Nottingham, Albert Hall
East of England Region – 8 July – Norwich, Marriott Sprowston
South West Region – 24 July – Bristol, Marriott Royal
South East Region – 26 June – Tunbridge Wells, Spa Hotel
