The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC is developing a knowledge management toolkit, which presents methods and tools for knowledge sharing and learning. Every month from April 2007 to December 2008, a new method will be added. So far, they have added the following tools:

Experience capitalization

Visualization

Learning to share learning: an exploration of methods to improve and share learning
This is a report published by the UK Commission for Health Improvement, which looks at the importance of learning, and provides techniques for facilitating the learning process. The report contains19 cases, including one from the National Health Service. Click here to read the full report.
