Organisational learning, knowledge, and capacity: a systematic literature review for policy-makers, managers and academics – executive summary
This report summarises findings from a systematic literature review on how learning takes place between organizations and how institutional learning and knowledge transfer can be fostered. Based on existing academic and policy literature, the summary outlines key implications for policy and practice, and the Beacon Scheme in particular.
