NQC technical assistance webconference: quality management 101 and HRSA expectations for quality management
These materials from a webconference call hosted by the National Quality Center on 10th January 2008, present an introduction to key quality improvement principles and models as well as HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) expectations on quality improvement and an overview of the new HAB measures.
